RETURN
Return within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging,
including tags. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping
costs.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure
they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
After being received and inspected at our warehouse a full refund would be
applied to your order.
ORDER ISSUES
We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make
any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery
option, delivery address or payment method.
Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to
intercept the parcel to change the address.
For your security we are not able to change the address your order is being
sent to. Don’t worry if you are not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier
would leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you
could pick up your parcel.
